DESE: Teaching Jobs - In January 2025, DESE launched a new Statewide Educator Job Board. This new platform is a one-stop-shop for current and rising educators to find jobs they’ll love in Missouri. It automatically aggregates all schools and job postings across the state, without district administrators having to post jobs manually, and gives teachers the ability to filter for jobs that meet their preferences. They can see critical information like commute time and salary scales all in one place. The platform also allows qualified teachers to proactively connect with principals, to see if they might be a fit for their openings, or to sign up for a free job matching service.
